METAL ENCLOSURES FOR RELAY PROTECTION AND AUTOMATION SYSTEM

 

Crefit has launched in Russia manufacturing of modern metal enclosures to be used in relay

protection, substation automation and emergency control systems , process control systems,

metering, communication, LV AS and DC distribution installed at power plants and

substations. The enclosures are designed for electric power industry and fit all requirements

of secondary system manufacturers as well as end users.

 

The factory is equipped with modern automatic machine tools and processing centers from

the leading European, Japanese and Korean companies which ensures the quality level in

line with the world"s benchmarks.

 

Key features of our enclosures:

■ welded frame made from a closed perforated steel profile;

■ doors made of 2 mm steel sheet;

■ easily removable side panels made of steel sheet 1.5 mm thick;

■ IP55 water protection;

■ polymer coating of all elements on a high-tech automatic coating line with preliminary phosphating;

■ set of internal elements (racks, shelves, racks, mounting plates, etc.) for placement of components according to customer specification;
